At Right Quick Lighting, we take pride in delivering quality holiday and decorative lighting services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may apply and how they are handled.

1. Deposits

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required to reserve your installation date.

• Deposits are non-refundable if the project is canceled less than 14 days before the scheduled installation date.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may be eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

2. Service Cancellations

• If you cancel after installation has begun, you will be responsible for payment of labor and materials used up to the point of cancellation.

• Refunds for unused services or materials will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Service Issues

• If you experience an issue with your installation or materials, please notify us within 72 hours of completion.

• We will first attempt to correct the issue through repair or replacement at no additional cost, if covered under warranty.

• Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to provide a satisfactory solution.

4. Weather Delays

• Installations may be rescheduled due to weather conditions for safety. Deposits and payments will be applied to the rescheduled date and are not refundable due to weather delays.

5. Special Orders

• Custom lighting or décor items ordered specifically for your project are non-refundable once purchased from the manufacturer.
