Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Right Quick Lighting (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By hiring our services, engaging with our website, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

• Right Quick Lighting installs, maintains, and removes holiday and decorative lighting.

• Service details, including scope, materials, and costs, are outlined in written estimates or invoices.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Final pricing may vary if additional labor, equipment, or materials are required beyond the original estimate.

• Sales tax and applicable fees will be added where required.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 50%) is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Remaining balances are due upon completion of installation.

• Late payments may incur fees. Unpaid balances may result in removal of lighting and/or legal collection.

4. Scheduling & Access

• Installations are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.

• Clients must provide clear access to the property, including electrical outlets and safe working conditions.

• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, utility issues, or restricted access.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Client is responsible for maintaining power supply to lighting.

• Client must notify the Company immediately of any damage, outage, or safety concern.

• Client agrees not to tamper with installed equipment.

6. Warranties & Repairs

• Lighting materials purchased through Right Quick Lighting may include a manufacturer’s warranty.

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, vandalism, pets, severe weather, or client modifications.

• Service calls for repairs not covered by warranty may be billed separately.

7. Liability

• The Company is insured and will take reasonable precautions during installation.

• We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing electrical issues or inadequate power supply

  • Damage caused by weather events beyond our control (wind, storms, flooding, etc.)

  • Incidental or consequential damages

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to scheduled installation for a full refund of deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before service may forfeit the deposit.

9. Intellectual Property

• All website content, photos, and marketing materials are property of Right Quick Lighting.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in local courts of Bexar County, TX.
